SEBASTIAN FUKSA, D.C.

Dr. Sebastian Fuksa Founder, Precise Chiropractic Center – Non-Surgical Disc Specialists Dr. Sebastian’s passion is helping patients with serious herniated and bulging discs avoid surgery and regain their lives through our precise Disc Correction Treatment System — a mission rooted in personal experience. At 21 years old, while in the pre-med program at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, he sustained a severe weightlifting injury that resulted in a significantly herniated lumbar disc.

He experienced intense leg pain, weakness, and loss of normal function. He was told spinal surgery was his best option. Unwilling to accept that outcome, he began researching alternative solutions. After receiving specific structural disc-focused care, his pain resolved, his strength returned, and he avoided surgery entirely. That experience changed the direction of his life. Dr. Sebastian went on to graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic and founded Precise Chiropractic Center in Lake in the Hills, IL. Today, the clinic operates as a specialized non-surgical Disc Clinic focused on disc herniations, disc bulges, radiculopathy, and spinal stenosis — especially for patients who have already tried physical therapy, injections, medications, or general chiropractic without lasting results. Using precision spinal corrective adjustments, advanced non-surgical spinal decompression, SoftWave therapy, and Class IV laser therapy, his team focuses on correcting joint mechanics, relieving nerve pressure, and supporting tissue healing — not just masking symptoms.

Jon Del Vicario, D.C.

Dr. Jon Del Vicario graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in 2017. Dr. Jon recognizes that life is an athletic event and knows that chiropractic care is a vital component when it comes to performing your best at home, on the field, and in the office.

Dr. Jon is a member of the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association (ICPA), as he understands the importance of having a proper functioning nervous system begins at birth.

This led Dr. Jon to complete his 200-hour post graduate education and receive his Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP). He is also certified in the Webster Technique, which is a specific technique used to reduce nervous system stress and optimize pelvic function during pregnancy and birth.

Dr. Jon is recognized as a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Physician (CCEP) through the Council of Extremity Adjusting, allowing him to pinpoint and treat root causes of recurring pain in extremities including carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, TMJ, and other extremity complaints. Dr. Jon is also certified in Chiropractic Biophysics. This highly researched technique allows him to help patients restore the balance of the spine through structural rehabilitation to achieve optimal nervous system function.

As a foodie, Dr. Jon enjoys finding new food experiences throughout the Chicagoland area when not in the office. He also enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family in his free time.

Thomas Dace, D.C.

Dr. Thomas Dace is not just focused on getting patients out of pain — he’s committed to helping them perform at their highest level. As a disc correction chiropractor at Precise Chiropractic Center in Lake in the Hills and a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Dace has been practicing since 2021 with a clear mission: identify the root cause, restore proper function, and help the body perform the way it was designed to.

Board certified and PT board certified, he combines precision adjusting with movement-based rehabilitation to create lasting, measurable results. Trained in the Palmer Package techniques and Advanced Webster Technique, Dr. Dace provides specialized care for professional athletes, active families, expectant mothers, and pediatric patients. While practicing in Rockford, Illinois, he served as the team chiropractor for the Rockford IceHogs, the AHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks, delivering hands-on care to elite athletes competing at the highest levels. That high-performance standard now carries into every patient interaction — whether treating a competitive athlete or someone who simply wants to move without pain again. Dr. Dace is especially passionate about complex and challenging cases — the patients who feel like they’ve “tried everything.” His approach is clear and goal-driven: don’t mask symptoms, correct dysfunction. Don’t just reduce pain, optimize performance. Even in the toughest cases, he focuses on restoring alignment, improving mobility, and rebuilding resilience so patients can get back to living fully. Chiropractic care changed his own life — and that experience fuels his commitment to helping others reclaim theirs. Outside the clinic, Dr. Dace enjoys golfing, fitness training, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his wife and child. He believes in practicing what he preaches and leading by example in both health and life.
